Terms of Use (EULA)

By installing or using Geotok (the “App”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Geotok lets you share short-form videos from TikTok, Instagram and similar services and produces a personal map of the places mentioned in those videos using AI extraction. The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

You sign in via Apple. You are responsible for the activity on your account. Don't share access to it. If you suspect unauthorised use, contact us immediately.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Submit content you do not have the right to share.
• Use the service to harass or harm others.

Geotok offers an auto-renewing subscription, “GeoTok Plus”, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID:

• Monthly: $7.99 per month, auto-renewing every month.
• Yearly: $79.99 per year, auto-renewing every year (approximately two months free vs. monthly).

A Plus subscription includes up to 80 processed video shares per monthly billing period, AI place extraction, and your private map. Free accounts include 3 trial videos.

Auto-renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription auto-renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or in the App Store app.

Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple per their standard policy.

Geotok may offer a non-consumable one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the “Bring Your Own Key” feature, allowing unlimited caption-only saves using your own AI provider key. This is a permanent unlock tied to your account, not a subscription.

You retain ownership of any content you share with Geotok. By sharing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process that content for the sole purpose of running the extraction pipeline and storing the resulting places in your account.

You may stop using and delete your account at any time from inside the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Geotok extracts places using AI and third-party data. We make no guarantee that extracted places are accurate, current, or safe to visit. Always verify information independently before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geotok and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will note the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
